Limited access on a need-to-work basis
Access to client files is limited to personnel involved in the requested services. Special handling instructions such as NDAs, limited recipients, naming conventions, and other confidentiality protocols accommodated upon request.
No system can guarantee absolute security
While AgreementTrack takes confidentiality and security seriously and applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, no method of electronic storage, transmission, or cybersecurity protection is completely secure. Accordingly, AgreementTrack cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention: To support confidentiality, documents are deleted promptly after the summary is generated unless retention is specifically requested. For clients who want an organized catalog of agreements, we offer optional retention and cataloging through our SharePoint system or the client’s own system. | No Remote access is allowed into our systems.
